Steven Rubin joined the firm in 2003 and became partner in 2007. He is a trial attorney specializing in the defense of medical malpractice actions. Prior to his association with the firm, Mr. Rubin was an attorney with the New York City Corporation Counsel’s Queens Torts Unit and Medical Malpractice Unit.

Mr. Rubin has co-presented lectures on medical malpractice trial issues and developments before the annual meeting of the New York State Civil Court Judges.  He has also served as a faculty member for the New York City Bar Center’s Litigation Skills Workshop.
