Joseph La Cava joined the firm as an associate in 2000, and became a partner in 2005. His practice is concentrated in the representation of physicians and hospitals in complex malpractice litigation, including high exposure obstetrical, failure to diagnose, and wrongful death claims. His practice also focuses on professional disciplinary actions and health care regulatory matters.

Mr. La Cava is Peer Review Rated, and has several notable published decisions at both the Trial and Appellate Court levels. See Krichmar v.
