Daniel G. Federico joined the firm as a partner in January, 2003.  His practice is concentrated in the trial of cases involving catastrophic injury and damages.  For over two decades, Mr. Federico has represented many of the premier medical institutions and leading practitioners in the New York Metropolitan area.  He has also served as counsel to the medical profession in matters involving professional discipline and other regulatory concerns.

In addition to complex malpractice actions, Mr. Federico’s trial successes have included labor law, products liability and construction claims. He has argued before the State’s Appellate Courts, lectured on malpractice and suit avoidance and is an active member of several state and national professional associations.

Since 2008, Mr. Federico has been recognized annually as a New York Super Lawyer in the area of Medical Malpractice Litigation, a designation limited to only five percent of the attorneys in the New York metropolitan area.
