Anna Schwartz is a partner at the firm, where she handles complex medical malpractice matters, professional disciplinary hearings, and insurance coverage issues.  Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Ms. Schwartz was a senior associate at a New York City medical malpractice defense firm where she gained a special focus in obstetrical malpractice cases. 

She interned at New York City Health & Hospitals Corporation as well as the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.  She is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
